What do I do if my PAC and STAC codes aren't working?

My PAC and STAC codes aren't working. I am moving my number from my current EE SIM to my new flex sim and it's not recognising the PAC or the STAC codes from my old SIM. PLease help!

You can't use a PAC or STAC when going from EE to EE, just for changing to another provider.

 

Our Mobile Care team will be able to help you change your contract from pay monthly to Flex.
