Website is almost not running

This website is so so slow and loading absolutely anything even using EEs superfast 4G. Its never been fixed with lots of feedback given in. Can anyone help get the message through to EE

@Profile closed  try clearing your browser history and cookies.  Website slow down when they are being hammered by lots of users and there are as a recent iPhone pre order so this attracted lots of traffic. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I usually do what you have said to do and it is still the same. Its never improved really over the past 2 years, i have mentioned this to EE a few times yet still no fixes which is why im now here.

Yes perfectly on every website until i go to EE and it literally feels like im back on 3G. Even though its obviously 4G

Yes i have 2 devices. One of then is a brand new tablet not long come out so on that device there would be no excuses, my phone is a little older but no more than 4 years. Both have the same problem with loading this one website and no others so it definetly couldnt be that. I see reviews on google saying the app is the same sort of speed so it made me not want to download the app. Personally i think the devs need to have a tweak but i cant directly tell them this unfortunately.

It loads up pretty quickly when I use my phone or laptop. Is it any better when you're connected to WiFi?
