WIFI Mini connection to network

I can connect to my new WIFI Mini with both my new iphone 12 pro and my tablet but it won't connect to the internet. Tried everything I can think of. SIM installed.

Thanks. I will need to take tablet and phone to my car (the Buzzard needs a 12v socket) and hope both will work simultaneously. Wish me luck!

Don't forget to check to see if you can just swap the SIM over first @RobertGH
