Can’t activate on iPhone 11 messages VM on to 150 AND received message saying it’s activated but on phone icon just keeps saying no voicemail

Have you ever used iPhone visual voicemail? If you have, that would replace the standard voicemail service.
If not.. what happens if you either speed-dial 1, or call 222?
