Hello,
I have been getting very poor signal for nearly 1 year and now it is starting to irritate me as I rely on my Data for University and work. I travel around Edinburgh for work purposes, and nearly every area I go to I always seem to get 1 bar, if I am lucky I will get 2 bars. I spoke to Live chat numerous times, the first person I spoke to solved the issue, but a few days later it happened again. The second Live chat agent I spoke to was totally useless. The agent told me to reset network settings, which I did and I also let them know that I would be losing chat connection with them. They then told me to proceed as I would be back speaking to the same person once the connection was solved. I log back into my EE then live chat, I then do not have the option for Live chat anymore as it says 'Your query can't be solved here'. So is this me barred from live chat altogether? *lol*. Also I got a text message stating that If I do not reply to the conversation, the case will be marked as solved and then it will be closed. I tried phoning 150 but no answer. Now the case has been closed and marked as solved, and I am unable to get in touch with you. I understand people are very helpful on the forum so I decided to post my issue here. I do not know what to do now.
