I am mid-contract with EE. We’ve just been away on holiday for 2wks, and as I knew EE was not available at our camp site I ordered a one month only sim from another operator. I had to install the profile from this operator. Now when I put my EE sim back into my phone I can’t get back onto EE. Do I just need to re-install the EE operator profile? And if so, where can I find it please? (iPhone 😎 Many thanks.

Yes, you need to get the EE APN back on your phone. The simplest way would be to reboot the phone & the do a manual search of network operators for EE. Failing that look in EE APN Settings: Where to find them
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thank you. I tried this and managed to get EE, but no mobile internet. Stupidly, i had forgotten to remove the other operators 'Profile' from my iPhone settings. Once this was done during a quick EE online chat i was back on! Thanks again.
