All iPhone 13promax upgrade tariffs have small discounts on them - therefore I’m unable to add my discount code. Online Chat told me to process my order at the full cost of £73pm plus £50 upfront and I’d receive a form re the discount in 8-10 days. I’m now concerned if this will actually happen?
I also requested a copy of the online chat, as proof, but I’ve not received it. Please can anyone clarify if this procedure is correct to get my discount?
