Pixel 6 pro

Hi 

 

I ordered a pixel 6 Pro upgraded paym contract on the 22/10 in store  and was told that I would be receiving the phone on release date picking up in store. 

 

I have heard nothing from ee at all, does this mean I am not receiving it tmrw?

Were you given an order number?

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with the store to see if they have any further details on your order delivery.

i ordered a pixel 6 pro lastweek aswell. i have received no emails regarding my order and on the phone tracker its saying i cant receive my order details. any solution to this? thanks

Hi @Brandonp1993.

 

If you're unable to track your order online I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.

Hi got in touch with store they have bo idea, got in touch with chat they have bo idea.

You'll receive a notification the day before or morning of delivery.

Any idea when?

 

Suppose that's what I'm trying to find out. Running late already. 

When EE notify DPD that you have a package it will appear in the app, if you use the same email or phone number. It could be any time the day before when EE process it.

Still heard nothing. No one seems to know. Left with no option now but to cancel.
