Hi i was wondering my phone contract is up for early up grade i want to keep phone would i be able to early up grade to a sim only contract?

@JC2611   If this because your on a annual upgrade tariff? If it is you’ll need to upgrade to the same of more costly tariff than you have now. 

 

   If your just on a standard tariff and you want to upgrade before your standard upgrade period which is 45 days before your minimum term you’ll need to pay off your current tariff to the minimum term to upgrade.  

if your in the last 45 days of any contract you can upgrade to and tariff at any price point at no extra charge as this is the standard upgrade period.
