I ordered an upgrade on the 21st of September and have heard nothing since. Everytime I try to track my order I get the message that you can't tell me anything.

@Miomumof2  you might have ordered on the 21st but that doesn’t mean the device is in stock and available to be dispatch to you,  what device did you order ?

@Miomumof2  There is a backlog of orders for this device as Samsung have a chip issue.  You’ll get it you’ll just need to be patient and wait for it. 

Well thanks for the reply but there was no need to be rude...all you had to say was that there was a backlog. Not youll have to be patient and wait. No I Don't have too Ive ordered from a different company and the exact same phone arrived today.

It seems EE is the problem

Galaxy S21 series back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Samsung.
