So i was due an upgrade...went through with it now have my own phone allocated to new phone on app and another phone number on account with a monthly charge of 37 quid along with my new plan i got with upgrade and have no idea where it came from

@Sharonc33 Sounds like you didn’t upgrade but took out an additional line on your account. You’ll need to call customer services about this.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
