Upgraded but still waiting on device

Hi EE.

I upgraded via your chat on Wednesday.

The upfront cost has been taken from my account and I received a confirmation email but when I track it it says it's still waiting for confirmation. The lady said on the chat that my phone should be here today but I've had no further emails or texts from DPD. Are things delayed because of the current situation? I would just like to know if you know when I will receive the phone. Thank you

Could you let me know what phone you have ordered?

 

If the payment has been taken your order has been processed and you will get a text from DPD the day before your delivery 🙂

I still haven't heard anything from DPD.

I ordered the 64g in red but the confirmation email says it's black.

I don't mind what colour it is.
