Hello, I upgraded my phone and received an email confirmation but I’ve not since received anything else so can someone tell me when my new phone will be delivered please?

i also cannot track my order.

I need it ASAP.

I've upgraded to an iPhone 11.

If the tracker doesn't show any information call freephone 0800 317 720 and a advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
