I did an upgrade on the 4/9/2021 for the Samsung S21 in pink 5g and still heard nothing but was told on the 4th I'd get it on Monday but then told it's 7days what happens if I do not receive the new device in 7 days

Can I just check, how did you find out it was a 7 days timescale, was it one of our agents who advised you of this?

In that case the agent would have checked the order and we know it's good to go.
As soon as things start moving we'll be in touch with delivery details. I recommend downloading the DPD app as this will also be updated.
