I upgraded 27/11 have been constantly checking my tracking. Today I get an expected delivery day 4-9 Jan

Hi i ordered an iPhone 11 in mint green on the 3rd Dec & have heard nothing since,i have tried to teach my order but all i get is we can’t show your order details at the moment. Thank You Rachel
