I have received my upgraded phone today.
The phone has arrived but no pack with a new sim card in or a guide for transferring all my stuff from one phone to another as in previous upgrades.
Am I missing something??

Hello @Kerrymr87.
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Does your old SIM fit into the new device?
If yes, you will not require a new SIM.
What phone did you previously have?
What phone did you upgrade to?
Katie 🙂

Hi @Katie_B
I've upgraded from a Samsung S9 to a Samsung S20 FE. I've always been sent a new sim regardless of whether it fit or not which is what my concern was. I have managed to sort it now. It looked like there was something missing from the DPD bag.

Hi @Kellymr87,
I'm glad you have managed to get the new phone set up.
Did the DPD bag look damaged? Was the EE bag damaged when you received the delivery?
Everything that is needed should have been inside the phone box itself. Was this unopened?

The bag from DPD had a small hole in it.
The phone box was sealed.
The note in the bag said there should have been a welcome letter but it was
literally the box containing the phone and charger.
