Hi , I am due an upgrade and every phone I click on tells me there are no suitable plans available please try another . Anyone else getting this ? Or know how to get around this issue ? Thanks for any help

@cheesywizard70 Call customer services about this.
But
If this is an early upgrade you need choose a plan that is the same cost or more you can not have a lower price point than you do now unless you see out the term of the contract.

Welcome to the community.
It could be something along the lines of what @Chris_B mentioned. Could you try on a different device or browser, just to see if the same thing happens please?

Tried with different devices and browsers and still the same , also its not an early upgrade just a standard upgrade .
I have noted other people are having the same problems will Probably try to upgrade through a 3rd party now.

I don't really want to ring as would rather do it online and take my time , bit of a joke really not being able to do it online . I'll go through a 3 party and take it from there .

This error has been showing for years for many people. Its beyond a Joke and I would not even say its an "Error" but basically just a way to force people to go with one of your agents so they get a sale
