My payment Plan

Looking at my account i cannot see anywhere where it says what plan i have. I can only see where it says Unlimited texts. I do not do much texting or even make lots of calls, i only use data mostly. My bill has gone quite high and i have no idea what i'm paying for. I have had to put a cap on my spending. I don't want to be paying for something i don't need. Why can't EE make it clear what plan i have?

I have only seen 'Unlimited Texts', but i don't texts that much or make many calls. I mainly use data. Yet my bills keep going up. I have now put a cap on my monthly spending. I have no idea if i am on a flexible plan or smarter plan or whatever plan there is. I don't want to be paying charges for unlimited texts and calls when i don't need that. Why don't EE make it clear?

@Chhezy1 All tariffs are unlimited text and unlimited calls on contract.  On the My EE app if you go to plan and add ons it’ll tell you there is exactly what tariff you’re on.  This will be the one that you agree to when you took out the contract.

You should be able to see what plan you're on under the Plan & Add-Ons section of the app.

 

Have you checked your out of allowances charges to see why your bills have been higher?
