Upgrade order but no info!

Ordered iphone11 upgrade Friday pm. No email or contact till an hour ago - but this asked for more info and that I ring 0800 number. Unable to even be connected and answerphone message says to ‘ring back’. Have no idea what to do now...  Help please!  Thanks.

@Sas50  You’ll need to again and keep trying as EE want to speak with you first before the order is confirmed.  Because customer services are extremely busy because of the current situation you’ll need to keep trying. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
