Upgrade on the phone

Hi I have just upgraded my phone this morning I called 150 and got put through to someone just wondering how long will it take to show on app as I won't be getting the phone till Saturday.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
  • Thank you,  I still not received a confirmation email yet either , I shall wait till tomorrow then see if I get anything 

Same for me. I ordered through the messaging service and I've no email confirmation or it's not changed on my app. And my new phone gets delivered tomorrow 

I've still had nothing it was at 10.30am this morning went through all the text messages they send to finalise it and payed for sat delivery but still nothing 

Also I have been on the app this morning and now it says I can not upgrade but still shows my old phone I won't get my new one till Saturday but still no email or anything
