Orders not arrived no updates

I ordered a ps4 a few weeks agowhich was showing as in stock but received an email next day to say they were now out of stock and would be contacted when new stock arrived having heard nothing have given up on this and so ordered a fitbit had confirmation email and money taken told 3-4 days, this was on 30th November and have heard nothing since and no delivery?? 😡

I can see the PlayStation 4 is currently still out of stock. 

 

Regarding your new order for a Fitbit can you confirm the colour and model you ordered so I can look further into this for you?

It was the black fitbit charge 4, and is there any chance of either of them being here for Christmas?

The Fitbit Charge 4 in Black is not currently showing as available. 

 

This does not look to be available on our EE Shop either. 

 

Are you able to check for any further emails regarding this? I would also recommend checking your Junk/Spam folders.

There are no other emails, the last one was the your order is winging its way to you right this minute! 

So I'm guessing neither of the items are going to be delivered anytime soon?

We have the Fitbit Charge available in other colours. If you would like to switch, please get in touch with Customer Care.

 

If you'd prefer to wait for the black model, we'll dispatch it as soon as stock is available.

I have tried getting through to customers services hence why I went down
the community route, I'm just a little cross that your site says these are
in stock, takes money and allows us to order the items then says they are
out of stock!
I'm left not knowing whether to wait for these items or try and get them
elsewhere

Actually, you can't! I suggest you click the link and try it yourself. There is no way of getting live chat on that page, or any email address. In fact, if you click 'Let's Chat' and then 'Pay Monthly', it doesn't even show any phone numbers. 

 

I've placed an order on Saturday for an item that showed as in stock, and still shows as in stock, but i've heard nothing since. I've tried phoning but gave up after 25mins waiting to get through. This seems to be the only method to contact anyone at present!

Just tried in Firefox and it works. Seems there's an error in Chrome that stops anything showing. Someone should probably check this out!
