Upgrade not working

Hey fellow members,
I have had a problem with the upgrade on the we website and app.
Was due an upgrade way back in may but instead changed on to the rolling contract because I wasn't ready then.
Been ready the past few months and now seems I can't.
When I select the phone, any phone actually I get a message that says.......
"Sorry Vuma02, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now"
Is this a mistake?
Is upgrade down?

Welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear that you're not able to upgrade online. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can run through some options with you.
