Ordered an iPhone 12 pro on 25th November and telling me it’s on pre order?
does anyone have any idea how long that’s going to take?
didn’t realise when I ordered it would be long but haven’t heard anything so far apart from my order being confirmed. I am on annual leave this week so was hoping it would be delivered then but by the looks of things it’s not going to be.

Hi, I ordered mine on the 2nd of November and there’s still no sign of delivery with no updates from EE as to when I could expect it. I rang them up multiple times and have only had the response that they don’t know when dispatch will occur. You might be waiting a long time.

Just wanted to see if it was worth cancelling my upgrade if I’m going to be waiting over a month for my new phone.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 28 days.

It does help, just thought I could be given a more accurate date and a
rough idea of how long it will Take as I have seen a few threads off people
saying it’s almost at the 28 days and they still haven’t had an update.
Even though technically my new contract hasn’t started EE have taken
personal hotspotting off my account so I am unable to use it, I’m assuming
this is because my new contract doesn’t have that on there. Not entirely
sure how it works. Went to use it today and couldn’t. Could you explain why
this has happened when my new contract hasn’t even started as I have not
received the product?

We are fulfilling all orders on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready for delivery.
Personal hotspot shouldn't have been removed, even if your plan has changed. Does the new plan show in your My EE account?
Could you try restarting your phone please?
