Hi - when I try to upgrade online I’m being told I’m either not allowed too , or sorry we can’t let you do that. Yet I’ve phoned and managed to upgrade over the phone. How do I get my account cleared so I can do upgrades again.

@Donz25 as you’ve already upgraded over the phone now there is nothing you can do about your account. You will have to wait until you’re eligible to upgrade again to see if you’ve got a problem with it
