  • Hi, earlier in the week I upgraded online to the fold 3. Could you tell me if its because you're waiting for stock  there's no sign of the upgrade on my account please? I've had the email confirmation but my online account is still saying I'm eligible to upgrade. Thanks

@CallumDJones  it’s probably going to be a couple of weeks before you get that device, Samsung have a supply issue and cannot produce enough devices for all the demand that they have practically all their devices.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Once your upgrade has been dispatched your plan and contract dates will change within your My EE account. 

 

Can you track your order on the online order tracker?
