I was due to upgrade and decided on the Samsung s21. I put the order in and it went through OK and I received confirmation. Then 2 days later I got a email saying the order was stopped and I needed to pay my bill, I didn't expect that, I thought it wouldn't have gone through if there were any issues??
Will the upgrade order proceed automatically once I pay my bill or do I have to do it again?
Ps, ive always paid my bills, maybe it takes a reminder because I've the worst memory but I always pay it.

Welcome to the community.
If the order was cancelled, it wouldn't go through automatically again.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team to resolve this.
