Upgrade budget

I’ve been with EE for 8 years now and I have never had any problems with upgrading but today I got a notification saying thank you for being a loyal customer and 100% off to upgrade early so I went to view the phones and every single phone I looked at was either “out of my budget” or there were “no available plans” why has this started to happen? I’ve always upgraded online and never had this before so why now?

When you're choosing the plan, are you looking at plans that are a lower or higher monthly cost than what you're on at the moment?

I have actually looked at both, when it is a higher contact it says out of budget & anything lower says no available plans

The best thing to do is have a chat with our upgrades team, they should be able to take a look at your account and check what your upgrade options are.
