Upfront refund

Hello! I started my contract in October 2020 and paid about £150 as upfront cost for a Samsung A51+ 5g. My plan is £51 per month and I had been told the money would be refunded to me but in 3 or 6 months, since I don't remember, I waited for 9 months (July 2021)... and still no refund. How can I inform myself of how much I payed and get the refund? Thank you.

@juliasduarte   If you over paid that extra payment will be on your account and will go towards any bills each month until used up.    

 If EE need to make any refunds they pay this around 7 days not 3-6 months later.    

 

 I think you need to call customer services if your not sure though. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
