I have just given my old iPhone SE, which was originally an EE PAYG, to my father but despite the fact that I have been on a BT sim-only deal for the last 2 years it says that it is locked. How do I unlock it? Thanks

Morning All, EE say that they don't recognise the number so state that it is not locked to them.
