Unlock Apple Watch series 3

can I unlock my Apple series 3 watch from EE.

Yes, Apple Watches are not network locked.

@rookeries  your watch will only work with another network providing that network supports the Apple Watch.  And you’ll probably find you need to be a customer of that network for you phone contract also.
