Hi, I recently bought a Unlimited data add-on since I needed it until I get WiFi setup as I only have 4GB of mobile data atm but when I look on the my EE app it's not showing up, it on my shows up when I go to add-on.ee.co.uk, is there any way to resolve this? Coz I want to cancel the recurring so it only charges me until this one ends and doesn't start a new one

For a recurring UK/EU data add-on, text STOP UNLIMITED ADD-ON to 150.

I've tried that, it just says "You dont have an Unlimited Add-on"

Then you don't have it.
