Unable to track my order for iPhone 13.

Hi, I have ordered iPhone 13 pro max and a mail is received saying I need to call on some numbers as yes need extra details.

However, on calling on that number none is picking it up. 

Moreover, I can't track my order busing the order reference number and my email address.

@Kenosis  You’ll not be able to track anything until you call and speak with customer services as requested.  Your order will not be processed until you call.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, that's sounds right. But what to do? I have been calling them since morning on the given number and none is picking up. I have been waiting on call, listening to their tone for 30 min each time I call. And yes I have confirmed, they do work on weekends, from 9 am to 8 pm.

So I don't get what's wrong.

@Kenosis  Keep trying,  customer services are extremely busy because like you customers need to speak with customer services. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is there any other way to contact the support team?

@Kenosis EE Customer Services are free to reach from 0800 956 6000 or 150 from your EE mobile. Please keep trying them, you won't be able to progress with your order until they've collected the relevant information from you.

@Kenosis You might be able to get somewhere by contacting the customer care team via live chat as i was advised to query my bill and plan issues due to my contract ending and the new one not starting until i get my new phone.

My suggestion would be to click on Account & Billing > Mobile Phone > Start Conversation
