I have trawled the internet and EE help and cannot find a solution that works.
I cannot receive MMS. I get a notification via text but download of the message fails. I receive a further text 2 days later with a password and then go to the download site and access it there, a right pain.
I have reset my APNs as per the EE site.
I have obtained the latest Honor 9 APN and tried that.
I have turned on Mobile data.
I have restarted phone.
Do EE need to do something to my account as I think I have tried all suggested solutions?
Any help would be gratefully received

Hi @sausage5EE
You could try downloading the correct config & settings from https://setup-ee.wdsglobal.com/ and then retry after restarting your phone.
If that fails to resolve it, I would recommend you call EE C/S on 150 and make sure your account is correctly setup.

Thank you for your prompt response.
The APN settings are the ones I have already tried.
I'm thinking it's my EE account...

Honor 9 - on the APN settings list it's in the Huawei drop down list.

I thought there may have been an MMS setting to enable in message settings, but I can't see it, @sausage5EE
I think it's worth speaking to our Tech Gurus to make sure everything is set up from our side.
Let us know how you get on.
