Unable to access EE Perks

I'm unable to access the EE Perks site to get my Emergency Service code.
I'm already registered, but whenever I try to log in it tells me the password is invalid. I try to reset it and it says an email will be sent to reset, which I never receive (yes! I've checked the junk mail!). I can't re-register because it tells me that I've already registered.
I'm tired of seeking help on the webchat/phone - I always just end up with myEE account password resets.

Also can't log in to Ee perks. I need a code for a new contract. Resetting password doesn't work, no email recieved. (Junk file also checked.)

Did you verify your email address when you registered for EE Perk?
Could you have signed up with a different email address to the one you use currently?

offered. I assumed it must he verified because I have unlimited data.
I tried to re-register, it said my email address was already registered. I
have no other email (other than work and nothing recieved there.).
I sent for a new password, but no email arrived.

Hi @Wattson2013,
The NHS unlimited benefit uses a different registration process to EE Perk.
Have you registered at perk.ee.co.uk/EmployeeRegistration/Registration?

I’m having same problems trying to access an nhs discount code . Numerous attempts to access the perk thing keeps saying password wrong . Reset password and still nothing. Tried your chat service again no joy . All I want is a code .

I been. With EE for 30 years and probably have my personal email. I think had to give my work email to get the unlimited data at the start of the COVID .. I’ve managed to reset and get in normally but whenever it asks for the perks log in with both my work or personal email . Keeps saying wrong credentials .
