Transferring number to EE - it’s been more than 24h and still nothing

Hi, I purchased a new phone 3 days ago with a monthly plan and during the checkout I added my PAC number. I have just turned on my new phone now and put the EE SIM card in it but my old number hasn’t been transferred and I haven’t received any texts regarding the transferring. Can you advice please?

What time yesterday did you request the number port.

 

After 5pm it won't have started until today. So it'll be Monday now I am afraid.

I did't request it yesterday, I requested it  on the 20th July at around 10pm when I submitted my order.

When did you receive the order?

I'd recommend familiarising yourself with the timescales for number porting, listed under "how long does it take" on this EE help article 

 

If those timescales have been breached, I would recommend calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile. They will have access to your specific account and will either be able to rectify this immediately, or set a fix in motion.
