Bought an EE pay monthly SIM last week and filled in the PAC details online as I was making the purchase. SIM received and inserted into unlocked phone. The number I wanted to transfer hasn't carried over. I've got a new number but my contacts still receive messages as if I was sending from my old number. What's going on EE ? This was easy last time I did it with another operator and it's surely a regular thing. Never been with EE before and was hopeful of an improvement to others. Think I'm still in my cooling off period if you can't get this right .... help..

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your account and make sure the number port has been fully completed.
They will be able to help you get this resolved.
