Hi I’ve just got payg WiFi mini 20g and I’m trying to create an account so I can check how much data I have left but it keeps asking for a account number but I don’t have one and I haven’t had one sent to my email when I registered it any ideas? Thanks

Can you visit add-on.ee.co.uk, with a device connected to the WiFi, does this show your remaining data?
