Hi.
I have purchased a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. How do I transfer everything from my Samsung galaxy s9 to the s21 please?
Simplest and quickest methods please.
Any help appreciated.

I'm not sure why you would need a new SIM if the old one fits in the new phone.
It sounds like the new SIM will already be registered when it arrives with you, which will hopefully be very soon.

Hi.
I haven't managed to do that at the moment.
I am currently experiencing a bigger problem......
I cannot call or receive calls and cannot use data at all....
Someone please help...
My wifi is working so I can only respond at home....

Does the phone show a signal in the top right corner?
Did you get a new SIM card? If so, do you still have your old one?

No signal at the top.
Calls and signal lost yesterday evening.
Still waiting for new sim to arrive 😕 🙄.
Got old sim in my old phone at the moment.

Old SIM should work. You shouldn't need new SIM.

Sim was ordered when I placed order for phone in June.
Neither arrived 😕
Finally phone arrived last week.
Was told needed new sim and was reordered 3 days ago.
Im not having much luck with this upgrade....and not a happy bunny at the moment 😕 😒
