Hi.

I have purchased a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra.  How do I transfer everything from my Samsung galaxy s9 to the s21 please?

Simplest and quickest methods please.

Any help appreciated.

Many thanks in advance ☺

Thanks @Sam007.

I'm not sure why you would need a new SIM if the old one fits in the new phone.

It sounds like the new SIM will already be registered when it arrives with you, which will hopefully be very soon.

Hi @Sam007.

Welcome to the community.

I see @XRaySpeX has given you a fantastic help page with all the information you'll need to move your data from one Samsung phone to another.

Have you been able to do this?

Hi @Sam007.

Does the phone show a signal in the top right corner?

Did you get a new SIM card? If so, do you still have your old one?

Thanks @Sam007.

When did you order a new SIM?

What was the reason for ordering a new one?

Old SIM should work. You shouldn't need new SIM.
