Transfer from Tesco to EE

Hi,

I got a new handset (iPhone 😎 from Fonehouse on an EE Contract.

I sent the PAC from Tesco to EE on the 6th May (and again on 12th May)

To-date, I have not received a text from EE, and if I go in to my new phone (with EE Sim fitted) and change the phone number in settings, it just defaults back to the 'new' (unwanted) number.

@KaelahD   How did you have the PAC code to EE ?   If you used the online form that will be the problem.  You need the account holder to call customer services to give the PAC code to EE. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I used the online form/tool. When you call 150, they tell you they are only supporting vulnerable customers and to go online....
