Transfer esim to a new phone WHILE ABROAD

Hi all,

My old phone has an EE esim. I have just bought a new iphone13 and it is all set up except for transferring the esim from my old phone to the new phone.

I am currently living abroad and so cant go into an EE shop. Also because I am abroad having EE post a QR code to me might not be practical

Is there a way I can transfer it myself or else will EE be able to do it online if I call their Customer Services

Thank you for your help

Hi @jwb2k

Your esim needs to be sent to a UK address and activated on the EE UK network. It won't be posted abroad and cannot be activated abroad.

Thanks
