Hello there,
I recently upgraded phones, and thus was sent a new SIM card. However, before I got the chance to activate my new SIM as normal, I lost my old phone with the old SIM, leaving me unable to receive an activation code. I live alone and do not have access to another phone. How can I activate my new SIM given these conditions?

Welcome to the EE community
I would recommend either using a web-calling app such as Skype, to call EE - or borrow a friend/relative's phone to do the same.
You can call on 0800 0798586 in either case.
