Trade in pack not sent

I have recently upgraded to an s21 ultra with a trade in i was sent an email saying it was sent out on the 30th but have not received anything, i've phoned the number related and just been on hold, the package is due for the 12th.

Have you tried the number on the trade in web page to speak to Brightstar directly? There's an email address on there too.

Brightstar do not answer their phones or respond to emails. Is this some sort of scam with the trade in deals? I've been with EE for years but will be looking elsewhere in future if they insist on using this shambolic company for trade ins

I seen a post this morning from a customer saying they received an email response from them recently.

I have just had a reply forwarded from EE who I got in contact with yesterday as I was getting nowhere with Brightstar. 

They have said that they are 'resending' me the pack and it should be with me in three working days.

I am not holding out much hope as they said they had sent it last week but I never received it, very annoying, all this hassle for a simple returns package. 

Bright star dont answer, i phoned ee they said is down to them, they emailed me on 30th saying the package had been sent, the package has come today... to be delivered for friday..
