I’ve just topped up £30 on my phone via voucher and bought a £30 Data Pack. After topping up and purchasing the pack, it doesn’t give me access to my data, doesn’t let me call out nor does it let me send messages.
I feel like I’ve been cheated. What’s the issue here?

Can anyone help me? I’ve topped up 30 for my data but it doesn’t seem to have gone through because i can’t access my data, can’t make calls, can’t send texts. I’ve topped up via voucher and not through EE.
