Hi,
I have an old residential signal box (cisco) from a while back (before my account was a business account). I'm currently working offshore in the north sea and while I have good internet, wifi calling does not work on this network. Is there any way of enabling the signal box without having to ring the 0800 number?

Hi @Monkeytrumpet.
Welcome to the community.
The only way to register a signal box is to give us a call.
What happens when you try to use WiFi Calling?

Wifi calling is not possible on the network I'm currently on, if you try to make a call it just fails. If I was able to use wifi calling I wouldn't need the signal box. Seems a little daft that you need to make a call in the location where you can't make calls to enable making calls.
