I've been trying for days to top up my account online but met with an error message, "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later".
The same by text to no avail.
Seriously frustrated and out of credit.

Hi - I just had the same problem so I called the mobile number on the EE website to top up which worked but I noticed that in the gibberish at the end of this they said I could top up by calling 360 from my phone - not 150 as before or as the top up message says on my mobile or as advertised on the net. Hope this works for folks. Cheers
