I purchased a PAYG sim for testing speed in various areas I would use my phone. The data on the sim disappeared after 2 tests (the same amount lasts 10 days on my current provider). I need to get more but I am confused at the difference in data add ons as it seems to give different prices for the same amount of data. Can anyone please explain the system to me. I looked at packs but I don't have use for calls and texts until I am certain who I will sign my contract with.

A quick update.

 

I have spoken to a charming young lady named Frankie. She has had the patience to listen to my problem and took the time to understand the situation, The situation has been sorted amicably and I am very pleased with the outcome. 

 

EE have admitted that the "add on" page (as shown above) is incorrect and I have been told that they are now working on it to show the correct add on costs. 

 

May I suggest that if you feel that something is not right then question it until yu get the correct answers, not just with EE but with all things. 

 

Again, a big thank you to Frankie for having the know how, patience and understanding to get to bottom of this.
