Tablet data missing

A month ago I purchased a tablet with included ee sim it is the connected sim and you are supposed to get 10gb data for 30 days if you pay five pounds each month they have just taken the money but not given me the 10gb and only shows what data I have left from last month so it has not renewed. Has anyone else had this issue and how do I resolve this.
