TMobile SIM card

I have an EE account already on my main phone. I have found an unused TMobile sim, that I must have had awhile, as it expires Dec 20. Can I use this is in a spare phone, that I only want to put bit of credit on, no packs, monthly thing either? And if so where do I go from here! Have put in the phone...

Thanks

You may put it in phone that is unlocked or locked to T-M. It may also work in a phone locked to EE. You have put in the phone. Is it working?

You can no longer manage T-M a/c's on line. You could try using Fast Top Up

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Well the phone is on...so do i just register it on EE and top up that way? Was just worried it wouldnt work as it was TMobile and obviously old!

Well, you don't need any SIM just to switch a phone on. Is it showing any signal? What happens if you text AL or BALANCE to 150?

You can't register a T-M no. on MyEE. I told you how to top-up.

Ok...it says error..when  I try, because, obviously, I have only just put Sim in phone, I need to activate it, and yes, you did tell me how to top up, (weirdly I have had EE account for years..so know how to top up). I was just worried as it was an old SIM but not used...I dont want it to interfere with my normal number

Thanks

Ah you said I cant register it on ee..so how..

Has this SIM ever been used? If so, when was it last used for a chargeable action?

Are you getting any signal indication on the phone?

It's nowt to do with how long SIM has been in phone. Either it works or it doesn't (for various possible reasons).

no it has NEVER been used I have taken out of packet today.....thats what I tried to say in first post.....its also an old phone not smart....i cant see a signal...i presume the sim is out of date.

I thought you said the SIM had an expiry date of Dec. this year. I'd presume the phone is locked to some network other than T-M. Where did you get it & from whom?
