Hello, I’ve two contracts under my name and one of them ran out of its tenure but the other one expires in May 2022. I wanted to switch the numbers between active contract and expired contract so I could take the expired contract to another network. Is it possible?

It's not possible! To move the no. from the live contract would need to cancel that contract.

But I’m currently paying for both numbers as pay monthly! Only one has contract left the other one I can cancel with 30 days notice. I hope it’s better explained now

Then cancel it & lose its no, or port its old no. to another network but you still can't swap it for the new no. & take the new no. to another network which is what I understood you wanted to do.
